I recently had Curb Appeal Construction complete a office build out in my basement and I wanted to provide everyone with some feedback on the performance of the Curb Appeal Construction Company. I would first like to say that Andreas Georgiages, owner, is one of the nicest man that you will meet. He is not your typical contractor that does not get back with you. The first time that I called him, he got back with me very quickly. He then came over to my home the next day and used his 3-D computerized software to have a proposal developed in days. It was taking other contractors weeks to get back with me. The proposal that he gave me was very fair. During the process, Andreas would call me everyday and give me an update on the project. His team started the process soon and finished it very quickly. He is very hands on with the project and making sure that everyone was following the plan that was established. When the job was finished, Andreas went over every detail to make sure that I was happy with his work. I would recommend that you give him a call if you are deciding to get your basement finished.

I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the work that Andreas has done for our family.
Back in May we were getting estimates to have our basement finished. We had several estimates and none of them seem to be in our budget. Then I had received a mailer from Andreas and decided to give him a call. My husband and I had told Andreas that we were on a fixed budget and could not waiver from that. Andreas asked us alot of questions to what we wanted and later that week met with us again to go over his estimate. It was wonderful. He managed to do everything we asked for and still keep us within our budget. He designed our basement layout on his computer and showed us the finished product before he started the actual work, this helped me visualize the completed and finished basement.
When the guys came to do our basement Andreas was there every step of the way. He just didn't come to our home tell the guys what to do and leave. He made sure that they did it. If he wasn't happy he would do it over again. This made my husband especially happy since he is very picky. Each night when they finished they left the basement very neat and clean. They took away all the debris and swept the mess.
When the job was finished Andreas went over every inch of our basement with us to make sure that we were happy with his work. He was the nicest man to work with he really helped us out alot. Alot of contractors promise satifaction but Andreas and his crew really delivered it.
I would recommend him to anyone he does fantastic work and is very professional about it.

Curb Appeal Construction Company, they took their time to understand what our needs were in our basement remodeling job and the results were exactly what they promised. The owner came in and designed our basement on his computer and impressed us for we never saw such a thing and the basement turned out exactly how his computer showed it.
